Truly wonderful, we have just returned and we already want to return, the hotel is wonderful, it has a beautiful spa, an exceptional point, you can enjoy both the beautiful city and the snow in the mountains thanks to the shuttle provided by the hotel with an excellent person, good and available that the guide. Very kind staff both at reception and in the restaurant, very willing to explain everything calmly and well. I absolutely recommend. 5 stars deserved
Clean hotel, excellent welcome, enough to say a few words about the staff employed there. Everyone was really kind (hall, spa, waiters, sommelier) a compliment to the chef who delighted us with excellent cuisine, especially for some dishes.
A special thought to Giulia... on duty at the hotel bar. Kindness, courtesy, education and a smile which certainly (like the rest of the staff) contributes to added value in favor of this hotel. The same thing can be said for Yuri who was always extremely available with his thoughtfulness. Greetings.
We have just stayed at this property with a seven month old baby. We had a very good time especially thanks to the staff: thanks to Giulia, the girl in the bar room, very professional, kind, attentive to the customer's needs; to the restaurant maitre d' and his boys, who are truly professional; to the absolutely fantastic girls at the reception!
The only downside is the room assigned to the family with a child who cannot be reached by the lift and the rooms are rather small.

I believe that this structure deserves a valuable consideration. Excellent in all its services. A dutiful applause goes to all the catering staff, in particular to the maitre Paolo and the chef Salvatore who pampered us throughout our stay ... thank you and I highly recommend it
